Since 1997 Whatever Pictures have produced and financed over 40 shorts. From independent self financed projects  to co-productions with the BBC, Channel 4 and ITV. They cut their teeth on the challenging climate of low budget filmmaking where budgetary constraints mean that producers and their teams have to throw as much money on the screen as possible while still making the directors vision possible.
All of these shorts were produced before the digital age and are shot on film.
The films have sold to broadcasters  and won awards around the world.
